About The Leadership Project

The Leadership Project is founded and led by Jenn Urso and supported by a partner network of service providers including other coaches, facilitators and designers that are brought on as team members to support clients when needed.

Jenn began managing people early in her career which sparked a passion for helping people reach their potential, grow leadership capabilities, and be successful at work. She works through an organizational development lens, aligning the growth of people with the growth of business goals. Urso is a certified coach and while she works across a variety of industries, she tends to concentrate in insurance and technology.

The Leadership Project works with growth-oriented companies and professionals eager to elevate professional abilities, drive business growth, and have a greater impact in the market, while shaping better businesses to lead us into a promising future.
